My guest today is Alundas Havens, a Marine Corps Veteran, originally from Fresno, CA. As a child, he endured all kinds of physical abuse, emotional abuse, alcoholism, which led him to creating mental barriers to keep himself “safe” from the world.

The Marine Corps gave him a tribe and a place to excel until a freak injury took a toll on his mental well being. After leaving the Marine Corp, he looked for ways to reintegrate with society. This led him to launching his own podcast, The Winners Paradigm. A platform to help people who are currently battling to improve and calibrate their mindset so they can achieve their definition of success. He's on a mission to help others who are seeking knowledge to get to the next level in life and in business.
