Breakups wouldn’t hurt if there hadn’t been feelings for the other person. And in the early days or a breakup, our minds are flooded with happy memories in addition to intense emotions such as grief and stress. This combination easily lends itself to the question of all breakup questions: “will I ever love like that again?”

Just because this is a common way to think doesn’t mean that it is easy to cope with or that it’s not scary or painful. We have a lot to say on why we think this way, how to love yourself when you feel this way, and why you are amazing and WILL manifest the love you want and deserve.
