195. Raj Jana: Learning to Trust The Wisdom of Your Inner Child

Listen Later

“The thing you’re seeking outside of you from someone else is the thing you need from you.”

It’s wild how much has transpired in 2021 so far and August was no exception!

This has been a BIG month and as always, I’m super excited to share my biggest lessons, takeaways, and healings. In this episode, you’ll discover why I cut my hair and all the symbolism around that. You’ll also hear about the financial shock that sparked deeper levels of self-trust as well as insights into my personal reflection process which is getting sharper and sharper.

I’m so grateful for this powerful month and for all the incredible inner journeys it sparked. All the events from this month have helped me learn to trust myself in new ways - and I can’t wait to share it all with you.

“If it’s in my heart, it’s true.”

As usual, my dear friend Georgina El Morshdy is here to hold space, provide reflections, and help us navigate this important conversation about self-trust and learning how to give yourself what you need.

Here are some of the key takeaways you’ll hear us discuss:

Key takeaways:

  1. The full story of why I cut my hair.
  2. What I learned when my bank account went $960,000 in the red.
  3. The power to choose to say you’ve arrived.
  4. Healing the inner child through internal validation.
  5. Honoring your deepest needs and expressing them.
  6. Interpreting my ninja dream and growing from it.
  7. The dance of trusting your heart while meeting the external world.
  8. Trusting heart wisdom and letting it lead the way.
  9. Rituals for living from a heart-centered place.
  10. And more…

This month, I’ve been able to connect with a deeper level of love within myself that has in turn helped me just stay grounded and rooted in me in new and profound ways. I’m excited to reveal it all in this week’s episode.

“I’ve reached a certain point in my journey where I can just sit inside of all the experiences that are showing up in my life and meet them with grace and presence and not run from them.”
