There are layers and levels to everything and that includes awareness.

Awareness is everything because without you are asleep. That's what I call level zero. Asleep and unaware that you even are asleep. 

This then progresses up through 7 different levels of awareness as you navigate your life on this planet.

Most people never get past level zero.

So the fact that you are here, listening to this podcast, tells me you are most likely at at least level 1!
