Well, hello my friends. In this episode I'm talking about the thought, “I’m behind,” and the impact of feeling like you should be in a different place than where you are right now.

* Are you feeling behind on your weight loss goals this year?

* Do you feel like you should be in a different place with your weight and body than where you currently are?

I’ve often felt this way about my body, along with feeling like I should be further than I am in my business and movement. I felt behind when I got married at 32, I feel like I'm not very good in the kitchen ~ and behind others in that area, along with several other places where feeling BEHIND can easily pop in.

Can you relate?

Here's the thing, unless you support your mind and prevent your brain from going on autopilot, your brain is designed to look in every direction and find loads of evidence for how you're behind, and other people are somehow ahead of you.

The good news is that with the work I want to teach you today, I’ve become extremely good at shutting these thoughts down. Rarely do I feel that I should be anywhere else than where I am right now. If you keep telling yourself that you're behind, that the weight loss is so slow, or that you're stuck, this episode will help!
