To create true change in our lives, to become the version of ourselves that we wish to be, to shift our mindset from one of lack and scarcity to one of of abundance - it starts with the little actions we take every single day.

The minutes that compound into hours, the hours that compound into days, the days that compound to weeks, then months, then years.

If nothing changes now, then nothing will change.

And most often, it is not a radical shift -- we will not change overnight & we do not need to force ourselves out of where we are.

It is the act of one step at a time, one day at a time, and the willingness to be patient with oneself as we learn and evolve.

How do you enjoy the process of growth? And how do you consciously begin growing?

In this episode, I give you direction, guidance, and tips on how to create a daily practice of fostering connection with yourself, grounding yourself, and creating space for yourself.

Intentionally practicing self-care & self-preservation as you grow, accomplish, and achieve -- will allow you to be present in the experiences of your life - and save you from burn-out.

Having a practice that allows us to take a step back and see how far we've come, as well as evaluate how we are spending your time, and how we would intentionally like to move forward allows us to be a friend to ourselves.

To look at ourselves, without judgement, and create time and space to pour back into our own hearts, souls, and energy.

This is how you become aware - day by day, so that you are not controlled by the unconscious narratives in your mind.

You choose to see what you see -- but if you're not conscious of it, you will see what you have been programmed to see.

You do not have to live in a program anymore.
