291. Controversial Topic Part 1: Women NEED Testosterone But Conventional Medicine Says NO!

Testosterone is often considered a male hormone, but get that out of your head! Both males and females have testosterone and we both need it in adequate levels for YOU. In fact, it plays a crucial role in the health and wellbeing of women. Ladies, you must understand that testosterone plays a vital role in maintaining bone density which of course you know is crucial for preventing osteoporosis. It also contributes to muscle growth and strength, which can improve overall physical performance and help prevent injuries. Testosterone has been linked to cognitive function, including memory and spatial awareness, as well as mood regulation... Now ladies, all of this is so important but WHY isn't your doc discussing this with you? And when your testosterone levels are low, you're looking at decreased libido, fatigue, and depression. WHAT?? Then they want to slap on a bandaid medication such as a sleep aid or antidepressant medication!

So what can you do? You gotta move especially weightlifting and resistance training which can help increase testosterone levels. Get your diet in check with sufficient protein and healthy fats and get enough sleep and managing stress levels are also important factors in maintaining healthy testosterone levels. Then we can look at testosterone replacement therapy too! Ladies, this is available to you and you can benefit from TRT! TRT can improve bone density, muscle strength, and cognitive function! So get with a knowledgable practitioner who is onboard and knows hormone replacement and you will thank me for it later!
