Last week, I returned from a tropical paradise and something happened on my trip that I wasn’t expecting…
Vacation Guilt! It hit me not once, but twice.
I have experienced vacation guilt in the past when my mother fell ill and I was torn between staying home or spending time with my family. This vacation guilt felt different and was different.
Vacations allow us to refresh and rejuvenate, but what happens when you don’t feel deserving of what you are experiencing?
Guilt comes in various ways, but how do you move through that guilt when you’ve worked hard to create a happy joyful, and purpose-driven life for yourself?
This is just one of the topics I’m talking about today on my solo episode that’s so much more than just a travel log.
Today I’ll share:
I’ll also talk about how I managed a day with no agenda when I'm someone who always has one. It might get a little uncomfortable, but you never know where that might lead you.
So tune in now so you can receive your permission slip to go where your heart desires and consider the road or ocean less traveled.
