When you’re inspired, or emotionally charged, you are more than likely able to sit down, concentrate, ideate, write, record, you name it, some seriously punchy content. But when we get busier, and BUSIER, creating content, the GOOD content, that inspires, is raw, and is real (which we already know is the type of content that performs best), becomes harder.
Lately, I’ve been feeling somewhat of a disconnect between Hirsh Marketing’s presence/content and myself as founder and CEO. So last Friday, I set aside time with my Creative Manager and my Sales Director, and we had what we called a “therapy session” to get REAL, and get to the root of who I am, how that translates to my business, and how we capture that REALNESS, and make it the brand’s identity.
