Brian unpacks the two types you'll encounter in business and life: the person emotionally attached to being right, and the person who simply doesn't have the capacity or experience to process a broader view. In both cases, logic won't land. Data won't save you. Volume won't fix it.

And here's the cost: emotional spikes, wasted hours, stalled progress, and reputational damage. Even if you "win" the argument, you lose momentum.
