Today, I turn 25.

And on the quarter of a century anniversary of being brought into this world, I realize that to look at aging as a gift or a grievance defines the course and direction of most of our lives.

It is a choice made every single day - in how we decide to live, breathe, and be.

This episode is about growing up. And also, deciding that we don't have to let that mean anything more than we make it.
