We don’t have a new episode this week, but big things are coming and I wanted to give you an update on what’s going on behind the scenes of Fully Nourished! 

After a season of deep reflection and growth, I’m excited to announce two new projects. The first is The Pillars of Feminine Energetics micro-course that dives into the seven pillars of feminine health and resilience, blending insights on bioenergetics, female physiology, and spiritual growth.

The second is Philosophia Society, a new community that will offer a supportive space for like-minded women to explore health, spirituality, and wisdom together. 

Philosophia will launch in about a month, and as a special offer, anyone who subscribes in the first month can join the micro-course for $49, which is 50% off the regular price.
