In chronically toxic relationships, this habit was essential to surviving and tolerating it. It is an expression of the fawn response.
When healing, this habit keeps you lost to yourself and inhibits your ability to notice, process, and integrate your real, lived experience.
You can't heal.
Further, choosing the "right" emotional response divorces you from your innate awareness, intuition, and guidance.
In my work, all responses are regarded as "good" and all are inherently legitimate and real.
This premise allows you to access your personal experience and reality. Doing so helps you heal your access to yourself, personify yourself, and make your lived reality *real* to you.
This unlocks your actual healing, as you're able to process, integrate, and then choose differently for yourself.
NOTE: real healing includes new choices and actions, not just reduction or resolution of emotional pain.

The Membership for the special Eggs-Are-Expensive Rate of $75 a month, $797 a year, or $1500 Lifetime Access (Rates return to the normal $125 a month, $997 a year, $2000 lifetime July 10th, 2023). This includes practice sessions, twice-a-week support calls, advanced trainings, and emotion processing sessions.
Only 50 people will be admitted this round (next round is in December for this course). 44 seats remain as of today, June 27th.
