Bio

Marina Nabão is a Somatic Trauma Healer, Embodiment Coach and body enthusiast who is a deep believer in the wisdom and healing power of our bodies. She is passionate about all the ways we are able to integrate mind-body-spirituality consciously and lovingly, allowing us to thrive.

Marina supports people who are trapped in the chains of past trauma and have a deep desire to reclaim their sovereign power, inner freedom and erotic aliveness through her Somatic Healing and Coaching. This is a deeply transformative experience for Leaders and Care Providers of all sorts. She weaves Deep Energy Alchemy, Somatic Experiencing®, Breath Coaching, Non-Violent Communication and the deep wisdom of shamanic and indigenous traditions such as Taoism, Tantra, Spiritism Mediumship and Afro-Brazilian spirituality.

Marina grew up in Brazil and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, with her husband and their rescue dog, Jessie.
