Today's episode is one that aired almost a year ago on a different podcast. I wanted to share it with you all because as my business has grown, I've been able to serve more clients and build up my team. I talk a little about where I started and what some of that growth has looked like in the first 4 years of business. I can't wait for you to take a listen, and I hope this will inspire those who are considering entrepreneurship, or who are in the middle of growing a business.

Here's a question I get asked a lot: "I have kids, and I have a husband, and it's important for us to be able to eat together... How do I fit macro counting in with that?" Elizabeth De Groot is here to share some tangible takeaways of suggestions of how she makes it work with her husband and kids. She also discusses the transition from counting macros towards maintaining, and then moving away from tracking altogether. So, let's get into today's episode.

Today's episode is one that I think we should talk about more-- how menopause changes things like training, diet, and nutrition. The more we talk and share about these things openly, especially as women, and the more knowledge we have, the more we can be prepared to deal with it when it happens. So, let's dive into today's episode.

This week I have another timely episode for you with our crazy lives that we’ve transitioned to with the CoronaVirus. Last week I chatted about how we can maximize our at-home workout plan, and this week I want to talk about the other side of that coin – nutrition. Our lives are changing, which means our goals and normal ways of how we fuel ourselves may be affected as well. I have four different topics to address today about how we can adjust our macros and mindset to come out even better than we were before this pandemic.

On today's episode, I have Annie Papas on the podcast. She has an experience that some of you might be able to relate to: pelvic floor prolapse and diastasis recti. Annie and I talk in the interview about how there's such a stigma and a shame associated around pelvic floor issues that aren't really talked about. And I think the more that we can share stories like Annie's, the more we can help more women to be able to get the help that they need so that they don't have to deal with issues that have solutions. So I'm really grateful for Annie coming on and being vulnerable and sharing her story, and I can't wait for you to take a listen.
