Have you been through a lot in your life?

Don't let that determine what your life is like now. Change the channel! It is very possible. You see it all the time. 2 people have been through the same trauma, or negative life experiences. 1 is thriving in life and the other is suffering, on the streets or drugs running their life. Why???

Its simple. The one who is striving has "changed the channel"! They didn't let that life control the rest of their life now.

While the other felt like a victim. Felt sorry for them selves. 

That is not the way to live a life you love.

Get past it. Because it is in the past. Its time to think of the future.

Give it a try. Think of what you want in life and go for it.

But. The way we see it. Lets try to include all of these needs in your relationships. As they are all beneficial for internal happiness.

Think about it. We don't keep our Money, Cars & Gucci Purses next to us on our death beds. We want our family. 

I'm sure you've seen videos out there, show a Tiger, Lion or even an Alligator that was raised by a human from birth. The animals run up to them and lick them or cuddle with them! Those killer animals love them. They will not want to eat them. I mean normally those animals would tare you apart without thinking twice.

Love makes them do it.

We all crave love. If we don't get enough, then we are depressed, sad, and lonely. 

Try approaching everything with love. You will see your life will change for the better. Your attitude will change. Your Luck will get better. Your relationships, Even the things you don't like will get better.

For some reason this conversation came up a few times. We weren't sure if we should discuss it. But then the topic kept coming up on our feeds. Other podcasts. So we figured why not.

What would you say or do? What questions would you have?

We think that many questions should be asked before you jump to  yes or no. 

whether your relationship is new or you've been together for a long time.

Like:

Is this a one time thing, Is this going to be a reoccurring thing? Who would we choose? A Friend? A stranger? or maybe a sex worker? 

Why do you want this?  Are you just sowing your oats?

or Because you want to be with someone else? Do you want to se your partner with someone else? Are you exploring your sexuality in general or with same sex?

Will you be jealous?  

Make sure you are both on the same page before you make that decision. It could really change your relationship, for the good or the bad. 

Be sure...It can bring you closer or tare you apart.

Trusting your partner fully will help them feel free to be themselves. When you are free to be yourself around someone. Then you enjoy your time with them, You look forward to being around them. Which will make the relationship so much stronger. The stronger the relationship, the less you and your partner will want to lose it. 

Relationship security is the strongest part of a relationship. Think about it. If you know they will not go elsewhere cause they know how great things are at home. You don't want to lose it. You know the grass can never be this green with someone else.

If you want anything in life. You have to believe you deserve it. You have to envision that you already have it. If you want your life to be great. Block the negative, Surround yourself with like minded people. People who are doing what you want to do in life. Or doing what they want to do and being good at it. So you can see what its like. It will motivate you to do better in your life.

After having a discussion on our TikTok Live with some of our followers regarding jealousy and your reaction to your partner looking at other people, liking someone's pic on socials, or just how they react to others beauty. We thought it would be great episode for those of you struggling with this.

Is it jealousy, or just insecurities that you are dealing with? That is the question you need to answer! As we get older we get scared by our human experiences. We put up walls or come up with insecurities that don't really exist. We tend to think everything is the same story. "If someone cheated on you, then they all will." 

Well its time to debunk that. By not blaming the new people in your life for things others did to you. By working on your own self talk. Positive self talk will do wonders for your mental health and mind set.

If you keep the same mind set and insecurities in all your relationships. Then you will notice that same issues come up with everyone. You own mind set and self talk make you attract the same kind of people. Or you can create issues that don't really exist. 

After all we are all human. We have eyes. Even though you are a beautiful person. There are plenty of other beautiful people out there. It would be impossible not to notice this. I mean, even your first thought when you see someone beautiful is to admire the beauty. You do it when you watch a movie or music video.

"Oh wow look at how hot Jason Mamoa looks" or "Daym look how sexy Jenifer Lopez looks in that dress".

It doesn't mean you will run away from your person & jump in someone else's arms. After all they did choose to be with you. They love YOU. For who you are as well as your beauty.

You are just appreciating beauty. Imagine not being allowed to do so. 

Wouldn't you rather appreciate beauty together.  As apposed to hiding it or having to lie about it.

Give these tips a try in your relationship. Its worked wonders for us.
