What you resist persists!
In today's episode Kehla talks about how we cannot have resistance without 'holding onto' something - whether that something be self-protection, a grudge or fear, righteousness - all of this is what causes stagnancy in life.
The art of letting go allows you to create space. When you create space, you give room to the things you want in your life to show up. You get to shift/transform/change whatever you want & you get to be liberated from what is no longer serving you.
Check out this episode if you're ready for a reality check on how letting go, allowing yourself to process, surrender & be fearless is truly the secret recipe for freedom & creation.

The reality is, we never give ourselves enough credit for what we have achieved in life. We compared ourselves to others or to a 'better' version of ourselves that we think we need to be in order to get what we want, or be more confident.
When we have goals in life we tend to think that 'when we're better, stronger, smarter, more experienced, etc. we'll be able to achieve that goal'
When we work towards a goal, it is in the fact the 'less experienced, less confident, less knowledgeable' version of you that is DOING the work to achieve the goal
Being the better version of you, (the confident version of you), is a simply a consequence of you achieving the goal in the first place. What you want comes after the fact, not before, therefore wherever you are at in life is the perfect place to start
Tune into this episode if you want to shift your perception of failure/success & gain a handful of powerful tools on generating confidence from within

Today's episode is a dive into a mindset hack about how to quickly flip your emotional state based on your thoughts, rather than you external circumstances.
Kehla shares a small excerpt from a book she's read called 'Quantum Success' by Christy Whitman that gives an example of how we wear 'different coloured lenses' in perceiving our life. When we shift these lenses it give us different access to ideas, memories, thoughts, emotions, etc. in these areas of our life. With this awareness we are put into a position of power allowing us to choose our emotional state rather than being reactive to the world around us.

Built for the Edge is a podcast about why businesses that look successful on the surface can still feel harder to run than they should — and what it actually takes to change that.
Hosted by Kehla G., the show looks at what’s happening underneath stalled growth, founder bottlenecks, inconsistent results, and businesses that keep resetting instead of compounding.
We talk about leadership, decision-making, business architecture, measurement, and what needs to change when too much of the business still depends on the founder.
Some episodes are solo. Some are conversations with founders, operators, and people who think differently about how businesses grow. The question underneath all of them is usually the same: what is actually happening here, and what would need to change for this business to work better?
If you’ve already built something, know how to sell, and still feel like the business requires more effort than it should, you’re in the right place.
