Since Kehla is nearing her 1 year anniversary with her podcast, she decided to share an episode on the journey of how she created her podcast channel in the first place.
Naturally, she ties in the process of how mindset matters when it comes to taking new action in life. She shares her experience with manifesting her podcast & how taking aligned action really works with doing things you've never done before
Even if you're not interested in starting your own podcast, you'll learn a thing or two in this episode -- plus you can apply Kehla's mindset techniques to any goal you're 'thinking' of pursing so that you can start taking action instead

This episode is part of the hypnosis series that Kehla has introduced onto her podcast
So what is hypnosis?
Hypnosis brings the body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. This deep state of relaxation leaves the subconscious mind more open to suggestibility -- this is a place of opportunity where we can re-wire our thought patterns to align with our highest intentions in life. In this recording I will essentially be guiding you into a deep state of relaxation through visualization. I will then speak to your subconscious mind to shift its focus on success becoming easy in your life & to help you let go of old limiting beliefs.
Meditation & hypnosis are similar in the sense that they're both guided forms of relaxation, however hypnosis uses the language of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) for suggestions to shift your subconscious mind & it's current deep rooted beliefs into new empowering beliefs.
Enjoy!

Today's episode is based entirely from ONE LINE that Kehla heard from a hypnosis recently (it was that powerful) -- this tangent turned into a mini-method-mindset hack that will help you see why you think you're unhappy & how to get back into the vibe of happiness easily
This episode truly taps into how we are intact, truly, the source of our own happiness -- it starts from within. This episode will show you how to bring happiness back within when you feel that it's escaped you

Are you, or have you ever met someone, who says things like "I don't like to commit" -- or maybe they just don't show up (literally & figuratively) & don't even realize the impact.
Have you ever noticed there's things in your life that you're 'not committed to' or maybe you know there's a lack of integrity -- you're not doing the damn thing but you know you 'should be'.
What about those who say they're afraid to commit because of their previous experience or trauma/drama in their life? (relationships, big hair scary goals..etc.)
Let me tell you, this episode today is going to blow all of this out of the water
I have news for those who consistently don't commit in life -- & this will be life changing
Check out the episode for the golden nuggets I'm sharing about 'the sneaky sabotage of commitment'

Built for the Edge is a podcast about why businesses that look successful on the surface can still feel harder to run than they should — and what it actually takes to change that.
Hosted by Kehla G., the show looks at what’s happening underneath stalled growth, founder bottlenecks, inconsistent results, and businesses that keep resetting instead of compounding.
We talk about leadership, decision-making, business architecture, measurement, and what needs to change when too much of the business still depends on the founder.
Some episodes are solo. Some are conversations with founders, operators, and people who think differently about how businesses grow. The question underneath all of them is usually the same: what is actually happening here, and what would need to change for this business to work better?
If you’ve already built something, know how to sell, and still feel like the business requires more effort than it should, you’re in the right place.
