It's hard to say for sure whether or not someone will get a job. However we can chat about the signs your interview went well!
Positive signals the interview went well (should have multiple of these)
Recruiter or hiring manager re-aligns compensation with you

The company follows up with you before you follow up with them

Asking when you'd be available to start

The team (usually recruiting) genuinely wants to hear your feedback

Company is trying to get you in for next steps ASAP

Asking for references

Explaining the offer approval process or background check details

Asked about your interest in the job

Asked if you have any other interviews or offers

Team gives clarity of role, responsibilities and day to day

You feel you're being sold to (company or role)

Your interview runs late

The person you followed up with actually responds to your email

Basic wording (you will vs you would)

Body language

Intro to other team members

Tour

Towards the end of the interview conversation turns more casual

The team sets clear expectations on when you should expect to hear back about next steps

Interviewer ties your specific experience to how it could be helpful in the role

Company offers to pay for flight for an interview

The good bye (see you soon, when we talk again, etc)

Consistent formatting (font, spacing, dates, titles, abbreviations, use of capital letters, city, state, headers, etc)

Keyword brainstorm - ensure the right words are on your resume

Tools used - be specific (software, technology, methodologies, applications)

Rules / laws / guidelines - be specific and consistent

If with the same company, tuck all the jobs under the company name

Heading are consistent and make senes

No references

Specific numbers (sold X, saved X, increased productivity by X)

Words you're using (manager vs leader; led a team vs subordinates)

Education - remove dates and GPA

Clients / customers / industries

If a contract role, list that

Contact info at the top - email and phone

Work experience is relevant and/or last ~10-15 years

Be honest

What's the goal of your resume

Who can review your resume and give you feedback?

Resume matches LinkedIn

Bullet points over paragraphs

Resume paper

No objectives

No capital letters, DO NOT YELL AT PEOPLE

No compensation info on your resume

No personal details on your resume (marital status, kids, date of birth, etc.)
