We all have traits of nurturance, intuition, emotionality, sensitivity and flow; but for many of us, regardless of gender identity, these feminine aspects are vastly under utilized.
When I coach with a client to help them expand into their desires, we do not focus on toughening up and going for the gold.
In fact, in embodiment coaching we focus on becoming even more sensitive to the subtle messages of thought, sensation and emotion.
In doing so, a whole new world of wisdom opens up.
