One of the most profound things I have worked on in my recovery journey is showing love to myself even after I make a mistake. So, when I had a recent experience where my unconditional love was tested after a slip-up with food, I had to share it with you. This week’s episode 307 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about discovering unconditional love after a food slip!
In this episode of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast, I’m sharing a recent food slip I had during a dinner with friends, eating unplanned seconds, and how, through recovery, I discovered the transformative power of loving myself, regardless of my mistakes.
Some of the talking points I go over in this episode include:
Remember that you are worthy of love exactly as you are. Embrace your journey, be kind to yourself, and know that one slip does not define your recovery.
Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.
Thank you for listening! If you enjoyed this episode, take a screenshot of the episode to post in your stories and tag me! And don’t forget to follow, rate and review the podcast and tell me your key takeaways!
