Put 1 big box of stock in a large pot. Add tons of veggies that you love and bring to a boil. Add seasoning like garlic, salt, onion  powder, cumin, paprika,  oregano, pepper, cayenne.
Meanwhile, cook 2lbs of protein in a pan, seasoning also.Â
When the meat is almost fully cooked, add to the large pot and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Â Reduce to a simmer and let do it's thing for 30-60 min. Â
