You've seen the viral videos all over TikTok where you're told that you can work 2-4 hours a day as a Social Media Manager. While, yes, this is true, it should also come with a caveat or an asterix * - because in reality, there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes, or the years leading up to this point. Or, it could be that someone is only working 2-4 hours a day, but not earning much.

In this episode, I talk through the times when I have been able to work 2-4 hours a day, but I also give you the background as to how I've managed to be able to do that.

Guys, have you ever had a standard, normal week at work, got to the end of it and thought, "Wow! I just had the best week!" That was me last week and it just made me realise that I'm in the right job. How good to have a stock standard, mundane week and still think that it was an amazing week.

Every person on this planet should be able to talk about their money and income with pride if they so wish.

I'm so sick of this toxic narrative circling in the world of marketing that talking about how much money you've made is gross and cocky and manipulative and this whole argument that oh you shouldn't use money as a marketing technique.

This conversation is so ugly and I'm seeing it everywhere right now so I have to add my two cents.

Yes I love income transparency.

But more than anything, I believe women especially deserve to be proud of their accomplishments and be able to share them online without other people, specifically other women, tearing them down for it.
