For 15 years, I was focused on resolving my "mental blocks".

This idea that something in me was blocking my abundance, my relationships, my love, my healing, was scary yet very tantilizing.

It gave me a thing to blame, a thing to target, and a thing to fix.  

And yet, to this day, I have never resolved one single mental block.

Why?

Because mental blocks are not real.
