This is a solo episode, where I discuss why, if you have specific goals, program jumping, so jumping from program to program and having no form of structure, is probably the biggest mistake you can make when it comes to working towards achieving specific goals! I discuss the importance of applying overload, improving technique, learning about what exercise variations best suit you, ensuring training performance is on point, as well as recovery and working on your weaknesses, will set you up for success to achieve your goals, where as program jumping with leave you questioning why you aren't seeing results! Defs a lot of take homes in this episode so hope you made some brain gains.

In this episode I dig into my upbringing, and chat about how my background playing a lot of sports, and always being commended on the way I performed, rather then the way I looked, has kept me grounded with the way I feel about myself and my body over the years. I chat about why I am so passionate to help women create more uplifting and empowering fitness journeys, with the result of loving and respecting their bodies a lot more. I share some tips with you on how you can create a more positive and uplifting experience when working towards body composition goals and improving your body image perception. I also give some true honest perspective on how your quality of life lacks when you let your life be influenced just to look a certain way. I keep it real, and hope you guys learn a little more about me, and why I am so passionate about what I do, and take away an improved perspective on how you can approach your fitness journey to be more empowering and uplifting. This episode I was joined by the amazing and lovely Laura Grady, who is a certified life coach. I really enjoyed this episode, Laura is so genuine, so real, and I really respect her approach when it comes to helping others be their best selves and feel really good! We chatted about what life coaching is, how the feelings and emotions we feel are an opportunity to learn from, the expectations and pressures we put on ourselves, people pleasing, and loads more! This was so fun and I know you guys will gain a lot from Lauras wisdom and perspective! I certainly did!
In this episode, I discuss the importance of prioritising good habits and behaviours around setting boundaries when working from home, and how to set yourself up with a solid routine around working from home! So you can get out of that work zone, and into you zone, as now your work environment is a place you used to wind down and relax. Ultimately adapting good habits and behaviours around your weekly routine will set you up for success when also working towards your health and fitness goals, so I feel that it needs to be prioritised, as most of our lifestyles have had to change due to the current pandemic. Hope you guys found this helpful, would love to hear if you did :) Social links: bethclarefitness.com thegluteacademy.com @bethclarefitness
