On today’s episode, I am joined by the awesome Dalton Franke, who is a flex success, online coach, without a lot of knowledge behind them. We dive into some topics around comp prep that generally don’t get discussed, or are often disregarded! When it comes to deciding to compete, where people go wrong in preparation with setting up for a successful prep, where people go wrong with preparing for the post comp phase, why you shouldn’t just compete because a coach told you to, and discuss the mindset factors around it all, we also keep today’s discussion relatable to a fat loss phase in general!
We are not trying to stir you away from competing, we are just hoping that you guys are able to understand what really is involved, learn some things you may have been unaware of, and take home an improved perspective about it all!
