Welcome to Season 2 of Drink More Water! In this episode Riley and Sophie start off by catching up on each other’s weeks and what’s new for season 2. Then, they discuss how important it is to validate your feelings, especially when stuck in a lockdown. They also share their thoughts on dieting and weight loss and how easy it is for social media to distract us from doing what’s best for our bodies. Instead, the focus should be on moving your body and eating to feel good and understanding that our bodies will fluctuate. And of course, the weekly recommendations continue!
