In our business we send flows and we send campaigns.
Flows are a series of emails that are evergreen. They get triggered to start when a specific event happens. For example, a new lead opt-ins for our email list, a potential customer abandons their cart, or a new customer places an order.
Campaigns are a series of emails that are sent on specific days at specific times. They can be promoting sales, announcing new products, distributing content, or surveying our contacts.
