In today's episode I will be talking with Jules De Vitto about 

- How we can empower highly sensitive children, 

- Why boys and young men in particular struggle with their high sensitivity 

- And whether spirituality might even be the key to helping children thrive in their lives.

Jules De Vitto has a BSc in Psychology, MA in Education and MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality. She is an accredited and certified Transpersonal Coach as well as an experienced educator. She works on the Alef Trust Faculty as part of the 1-year certificate in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology. She is the founder of the Highly Sensitive Human Academy - a central hub that offers courses, coaching, articles and a podcast for Highly Sensitive People. She runs a Highly Sensitive Children practitioner training for professionals who want to learn how to better support HSC in a professional context. Jules is passionate about spreading awareness of high sensitivity and learning to embrace our gifts and purpose in life.
