BUT, there is one big thing that I noticed:
There are a few major elements that run like a red thread through all of these conditions.
In today's video, I want to uncover these primary characteristics and unveil the CENTERED OVERLAP with you.
And I also want to answer the question: What can you do, to improve or even resolve specific symptoms caused by complex trauma and neurodivergent conditions.
I found out, that we are not fully at the mercy of our neurology.
