Ever heard these advices?

Because, especially if you had a childhood full of trauma, you may sometimes feel angry & furious about little things or just start crying in everyday situations.
This is emotional dysregulation, and it’s caused by early trauma.
And on top of that, we often feel shame & guilt around these emotions. So what can we do?
Today, I show you 7 ways on how to control these emotional outbursts.
