Is it possible to work through and heal the wounds of a fearful-avoidant attachment style?
When you read into the fearful-avoidant attachment style you often get the hopeless message that it’s really difficult or even impossible to manage and overcome the symptoms.
Fairly, it won’t be easy, but if you have this attachment style and truly put the work in, I believe that long term improvements are possible and will make your relationship-life healthier.
