I’ve worked with four therapists over the years for my own CPTSD.
I’ve read the books, done the work, and researched dozens of methods to heal from complex trauma.
But here’s the hard truth I had to face:
Most CPTSD treatments don’t actually work.
At least, not for the kind of deep, long-term wounds many of us carry.
But… some approaches to me at least did improve my symptoms drastically.
And in this video, I’ll share which therapies were a waste of time… and which ones actually helped me to successfully work through my childhood trauma and finally let me again embrace a life full of happiness, safe & loving relationships, and self-confidence.
