I’ve created and launched well over 100 digital products including spreadsheets, website templates, printables, courses, memberships, and more. You name it, we have probably sold it.

 

However, everything we launched resided on a sales page or a sales funnel. This meant that if people got to know me and wanted to buy more from me, it was harder for them to do because they had to go to multiple sales pages.

We’re back! It’s been nine months since my last episode, so I can’t believe that I can finally say welcome back to another episode of The Empowered Business Podcast. 

I hope 2022 has been treating you well. To tell you a little more about how we are doing, I’m taking you back to the last episode, episode 56, where I told you that we are going on an indefinite hiatus. That happened back in January of this year, and at the time, I really didn’t know when I would be back. 

This year, we made a big pivot, and this is going to be the backbone of the next few episodes. We doubled down on our online storefront, The Empowered Shop, and it was a game-changer. 

We gave the shop a major overhaul and sent a short and sweet email to our list. This changed everything and it all clicked into place. We have an enormous amount of resources available to our customers and this was the best way to offer it all to them. 

We now have a six-figure shop and needless to say, we have learned a ton about what to do and what not to do, so I can’t wait to share it with you all.

This episode of The Empowered Business podcast is going to be a little different. I am delivering some news that is sad, but also a little happy in some ways. 

 

This podcast is going to be put on a temporary hiatus. 

 

The story behind why is a little convoluted and outside of my personality. This doesn't mean it won’t be back, it just means that I need to take a short break from it.  There are a lot of reasons why and I want to be completely transparent with you about this decision. 

 

There have been so many changes in my life and business in the last year, and I need to take some time to regroup and figure out how I want to move forward from here. I usually use a script for my episodes but I am speaking from the heart on this one.

Ready to finally start your digital product business? 

 

We are opening enrollment for the Empowered Business Lab this week! If you have been listening for a while, you probably already know that the Empowered Business Lab is our signature program on how to create and sell digital products. When we launched it for the first time in January of 2021, it went really well, so we are thrilled to be launching it again this month! 

 

We have had over 400 students in the program, and it is such an honor to be a small part of the digital products they have created!
