This week, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes speak to us from Cairo, Egypt, where they presented at the International Enneagram Association's affiliate conference. Uranio gave the keynote address where he discussed the theme of the conference: As above, so below. He covered the levels of awareness, shadow work, and most central to the theme, esoteric truth and the Enneagram's ancient roots. Beatrice presented on the history of the Enneagram where she provided a hypothesis of how the Enneagram went from ancient civilizations to Oscar Ichazo in Chile.

In this episode, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes reflect on their personal inner work in 2021. As a Type 5, Uranio has been trying to be more comfortable with structure and processes, while connecting more with his emotions.
