In this conversation we talked about the importance of spending time with Mother Nature. I wrote a post a little while ago about how I have incredible mentors, coaches and teachers but I said, my greatest teacher is Mother Nature. Just learning from Mother nature and her ability to be patient, to connect and thrive.
