Story time! We have recently been fostering dogs with the potential to adopt. It’s been a tremendous learning experience.
In this episode I share the process that we took to set the dog up for the highest chance of success for our family, and in parallel discuss how it’s the same process for learning how to stop over-drinking and giving yourselves the best chance for success.
You all have experiences in learning how to do something new. You all have made mistakes and learned from them and ultimately figured it out in the end. I invite you to remember something difficult that you had to figure out, and the process in which you obtained the result you wanted.
Learning how to stop over-drinking is very similar. The biggest thing that stops us from long term success is our own mind and what we think of ourselves and our capabilities.
