It's the start of something new on the Elevate podcast as we welcome Leanne Pilkington to the team as host of her podcast Courageous Conversations.

Leanne has been the host of Courageous Conversations since May of 2019.

She is also the Managing Director of real estate group Laing+Simmons, the President of REINSW, the founder of Real Women in Real Estate (RWIRE) - as well as being a regular contributor to Elite Agent.
