In today's episode, I'm sharing the behind the scenes of my experience enduring the Texas winter storm. I was without power for over 50 hours in freezing temperatures with my husband and three kids, and we were very fortunate and blessed to have had a wood burning fireplace and a freezer full of food to eat during that time.
