This episode describes tunnel vision.. that place where our minds might go when we want to drink.. the back and forth, the thinking how it might not count, or it wouldn't matter. The place where your desire to drink is high and it's all that your mind is focusing on.
I had a bit of tunnel vision during Thanksgiving when my husband was leading a Scotch tasting with his family.
Tune in and hear what this sounded like for me and how I recognized it and got out of it.
Also, there is nothing wrong with you if you experience tunnel vision, it's 100% normal, so don't make it mean anything, except that you are human!
