Your anger is WARRANTED!
A recent situation led to an amazing conversation about anger in The Rising Beyond Community and I wanted to share that with you all in this episode.
Anger isn’t good or bad…it just is.
So many of my clients are really uncomfortable with anger for good reason. They experienced extreme consequences when they showed any anger or displeasure in their abusive relationship. The anger shown by their partner was scary. And most women have been conditioned since they were young girls that “anger is not becoming of a lady.” And so we push it down. But anger has some benefits to us as well.
So, if you have a situation where you are angry, ask yourself these questions:
Learn the different ways to move out of a freeze state so that you can use anger for action and how to start to use anger in a way that will move you forward.
