Todays episode is very special for two reasons. Firstly, I’m delighted to reach the landmark of 150 ‘How To Cut It‘ episodes, and secondly, to celebrate this I’m bringing you a slice of hairdressing history – the worlds first ever recorded podcast live hair event in partnership with Wella Professionals UK, Colour Conversation. Thats seriously special!

Back in early March 2020 pre-lockdown, I was delighted to be invited to host and record in front of a live audience the first of Wella Colour Conversation events held at their Wella World Studio, London. Joining me live on the stage for this event was Creative Director of Cobella Hair and Beauty, Jordanna Cobella and Wella Professionals UK Commercial Education Manager, Scott Evans.

With a mix of live conversations and live presentations, this live podcast event perfectly captured the event, with Joradanna and Scott’s top tips and insights to help drive your colour business. This included creating in-salon colour menus, creative toning, managing client expectations and how to increase client frequency and spend. Now why wouldn’t you want to learn more on this!!

Today’s episode is so relevant now in these times. We will all need to be working smarter and safer for when we all get back to doing hair. And what we will be better than once again bringing all our clients hair back to life and making them feel fantastic again, by offering them the best hair colour products and services.
