Nightmares are a common symptom of Emotional Abuse. Just when you think you are doing all the right things to heal from narcissistic abuse and a toxic relationship, a nasty nightmare yanks you right back to the trauma. I understand how frustrating this is. You feel like you have control during your waking hours, but all of a sudden something you don't want to think about comes creeping into your mind as you sleep.
In this episode I am going to give you some practical tips on how you can start to lessen the nightmares. Healing our emotional wounds takes practice and effort, but with the right tools, we can actually start to experience relief.
