In this episode of the Emotional Abuse Recovery Podcast, we explore the theme of catering to an abusive ex-partner which stems from emotions like fear and guilt.
We address the conditioning that often continues even after the relationship ends, leading to sacrifices of one's mental well-being. Listeners will learn how to identify their emotions, challenge subconscious beliefs, and explore alternative possibilities to regain power and stop being controlled by the abuser. Tune in for empowering steps to break free from the cycle of care and create a new path to happiness.
It's important to note that every person has their own unique situation. We can't presume to know what other people are going through or why they choose what they choose to do or not do. Placing blame or judgment is never the answer. Saying "Run" or "Stop catering to them" or "Get a lawyer" isn't always the best decision for every person. You must assess your situation for what you know is best for you and your family
