What we're dealing with in the world right now is unprecedented. From the stress and spiraling into the news, to the boredom of staying home all the time, "coronavirus times" are not easy. In this episode, Danielle and Karolina are sharing what has been working for them to transform their mindsets, build a healthy and happy routine, and stave off boredom. While drinking seems like the easy thing to do right now, it only serves to make things so much harder. Lean in instead to serving others, getting creative, and learn something new.

Today Danielle is interviewing Karolina about her journey and how Euphoric came to be. Karolina loves traveling, personal growth, and her sweet fluffy Samoyed. She shares how she went from an insecure, jealous young adult to working on her self-development and living her passions today. We all have such a huge potential and yet drinking is often used as a way to dim it. Karolina is passionate about working with women to not only take a break from alcohol but also discover who they are meant to be and what they are meant to do.
Karolina realized she wasn't fully alive when she drank. And she only has one life to live as fully, expansively, and expressively as possible. If you're interested in stepping into a more expansive version of you, be sure to join us in Bali!

What if alcohol was clouding up your ability to share a magnificent gift with the world? Today I sit down with Bri McCorkell, a life coach and spiritual teacher for moms, who stopped drinking on her path towards a greater awakening. Bri has three children and we talk about how hard motherhood can be and how easy it is to quell that isolation and pain with a drink. But deep down, we are way more powerful than we realize, and there is no true way to know your power and capability without letting go of the thing that makes you play small. Everyone has a gift and a unique ability to make a difference in the world. Yet, deep down, we're terrified of what we're really called to do, and so turn to alcohol to cope and numb out. As Bri says, "if the people with the greatest gifts would stop numbing out, the world would be transformed."

What's Your Dream Life QUIZ
Brandy speaks around the nation to audiences about loving yourself and loving your body. She had a history of constantly criticizing herself and always feeling like her body and shape wasn't good enough. She was the ultimate mean girl to herself.
But things changed when Brandy discovered self-love and also expanded her definition of self-love when she stopped drinking two years ago. We talk about what it means to accept yourself fully as you are AND strive to keep growing and improving from a place of love and not punishment; how not drinking actually gives you more confidence; and what it means to be present and grow with the good times and more challenging ones.
