Less than a month ago, we launched something big. The first of its kind in San Diego--a sober pop-up bar. But it was so much more than mingling over mocktails. Over 35 women joined us for focused connection, intention setting and visualizing their dream lives, while yes, also having all the yummy alternative drinks. Listen in to learn how we built this event community and how you could get started in your own city. We share tips and ideas for creating your own meetups so that you can build the alcohol-free connections and friendships to thrive.
How do you navigate the dating scene if you are alcohol-free or want to quit? Isn't meeting up for dates at the bar the standard? I'm so happy to have Amanda Kuda on the show, a mindset coach, to talk to us about how to date as a sober woman. Amanda gave up alcohol because she wanted more in life. More spiritual growth, more abundance, and more connection. And while there were some stumbling blocks along the road, being alcohol-free has allowed her to completely up-level her dating game. Listen in to get her top tips on how to navigate dating without drinking.

So excited to have Norah Ginty, an alcohol-free lifestyle coach, joining us all the way from Galway, Ireland. Norah had an on-again off-again relationship with alcohol spanning fifteen years. She knew alcohol didn't make her feel her best and yet felt pressured to drink by the culture around her. Because she didn't identify as an alcoholic, she tried hard to make moderation work for her, only making her miserable. At the birth of her fourth child, she knew she couldn't do it anymore. Listen in as she shares about her transformation and what it's like to be teetotal in Ireland.

Danielle and Karolina sit down today with Angela Shanahan to talk about the sober bar pop-up they are organizing in San Diego, MindBar. MindBar is all about making connection with inspiring women without the inevitable hangover that follows a night out. A night for mocktails, discussion, and intention setting that leaves you feeling inspired instead of depleted.
Angela had the idea for MindBar and teamed up with us when she saw other cool sober spaces popping up across the nation and decided to "be the change you want to see in the world." We learn about her story, about what it's like to be brave enough to go sober, how she can be a more present parent, and the need for more than a flimsy boozy social life.
Finding your people means you find women to be real with, vulnerable with, and aspire to be greater with.

It hits you at 4 a.m. You wake up with a start, heart racing, pit in your stomach, and mental doom and gloom of knowing, you're here again because of the wine you had last night—it's so gross you can still taste it. Uhhh, not again.
Danielle and I explore why alcohol ruins sleep so much, from the 4 a.m. wakeup calls to even the benign drink or two that ruins the quality of your sleep and leaves you pressing snooze. Then, we talk about how quitting has completely changed our relationship to mornings and the outlook on the day—waking up feeling refreshed, energized, and excited for the day instead. Tune in!

Sober living is a best kept secret and opens the doors to so much happiness, intentionality, and grace in your life. But with so much stigma and preconceived assumptions, not drinking alcohol in our society is rare and questionable. It can be hard to tell people about a positive life change without well-meaning individuals drilling into the negative. Today Danielle and Karolina explore their best strategies for telling family, friends and even acquaintances that they've quit drinking and how to take the power back of such a life affirming lifestyle change. Having a complicated relationship with booze is normal. Quitting drinking and living your best life? That sets you apart as a rockstar, not a walking stigma. Tune in to get the tips you need to call out your sober life proudly.
