On this episode, Linda McKissack and Dana Gentry discuss their experiences with the Kolbe assessment, which measures conative abilities, and the importance of understanding one's strengths and allocating time accordingly.  They dive into the downfalls of getting stuck in shared methods and the value of bringing in others with diverse approaches. They discuss the need to have a team where 25% are high performers, 25% are low performers, and 50% fall in the middle. Additionally, they touch upon the significance of knowing oneself to prioritize tasks effectively and avoid wasting energy on things that require too much effort.
