Diego Perez is the writer, speaker and meditator behind the pen name Yung Pueblo - the well known and inspiring Instagram account, and author of the best selling book Inward. She shares her compelling story of how she achieved higher self-worth in her relationships and career clarity through daily workshops and unblocking. Hiwa was born in Hamburg, Germany to Iranian parents and faced cultural challenges fitting in when she moved to the United States. She discovered the Pathway after a painful breakup and shares her personal experience of the healing and reprogramming she went through to radically shift her perspective. The workshops also helped her navigate a career change, but most importantly they gave her the confidence she needed to start her own herbal supplement business. We’re proud to introduce today’s guest Dr. Tara Swart: a neuroscientist, leadership coach, author, as well as To Be Magnetic’s new in-house Neuroscientist and Psychology Advisor! She will be contributing science-based research to our workshops and we are beyond excited about this new partnership. Her resume includes a PhD in neuroscience, a role as Senior Lecturer at MIT and a medical career as a psychiatrist.
