But if there's one thing I can confidently say I've got totally handled, it's fitness. Seriously. I speak to my F45 trainers more than my own family, spend all of my lunch breaks at Reformer Pilates and will pace the corridors of my apartment building until the wee hours of the morning to make sure I reach my ten thousand steps.
