How to determine and define the values that are important to you, both individually and as a team. And how to create a family game plan, so everyone is one the same page on how these values will be carried out. This will be constantly evolving as your children grow, so it's important to schedule regular check ins to discuss what's working and what's not working in a way that makes you both feel seen, heard and valued.
